Problems when changing color of dynamics

when trying to change color of dynamic markings using the text options in the context menu, after setting new color and pressing the ok button on the text properties window the dynamic sigh disappears from the score, when trying to undo using command z application crashes.

This issue makes musescore unfortunately not suitable for my work since I need different colors on all possible graphical elements in a score.

I'm using version 0.9.6.3, MacOS 10.5.8. The problem also happens with the prerelease, but not in the nightly build. I could overcome the problem adding some more text or spaces to the dynamic sign and then changing the color and afterwards deleting the extra text.
