Individual Instrument Extraction

My interest is in rearranging music into alternative configurations, for example,
Mozart's Concerto for Clarinet and Orchestra to Concerto for Clarinet and Organ,
for playing on my virtual pipe organ. To achieve this, I need to extract the staff
for the solo clarinet and divert it to a synthesizer while letting the remaining
staves pass on to the organ where they are divided between the manual and pedal
boards.

More specifically the facility I am looking for is to direct one selected track to
a particular out port with the remaining tracks outletted via another port. The
sequencer I used to use (Encore) provided this facility but its drivers are not
compatible with Windows 7 (64-bit) and as the originator of Encore is now defunct,
I have little chance of obtaining upgrades.

Does MuseScore-0.9.6.3 have this capability hidden away somewhere I have not found
or is it a facility that is of sufficient interest for it to appear in MuseScore at
some future date?

MuseScore is not able to direct only one staff to an external synthesizer if this is the question.
Do you really need the score, the notes, etc... or you are just looking for an audio output? If it's only about manipulating MIDI and audio and not actual music notation, you could look into a sequencer. MuseScore is not a sequencer but a scorewriter with some MIDI capabilities.
