I was just wondering if there was any way to make the dynamics on one section of a part higher than FFF. The velocity is already set at 127.

From what you say, you are already at maximum.
The usual way to do this is make everything else softer to get the contrast.

I believe that that is the maximnum specified

You can only increase the volume controls (mixer / synthesizer)
