Playback not Working

When I open Muse Score it gives me this message "Loading SoundFont
"/Applications/MuseScore.app"
failed. Playback will be disabled.

Go to Display > Synthesizer
and check that the file location is correct"

I try going to the synthesizer and I'm not able to change anything so playback still doesn't work. I've tried re-downloading it and it still doesn't load correctly. The play buttons and everything work but no sound comes out. I'm using an intel macbook.

Can anybody help?
