Stupid Question for purchasing Pro! = Gift Cards?

Hey guys, so I'm a little embarrassed to ask this but am I allowed to use money from Vanilla Visa Gift Cards to purchase Musescore Pro? I don't have a legitimate job so my parents won't allow me to have a credit card of my own. But I do have money to purchase with gift cards. Is it possible to use that?
