Repeat Measure Sign- Play Back

Hi everyone,

When using the "repeat measure sign" (slash with dots on either side), it does not play during playback. "Play repeats" is set to "on." I noticed that someone posted nearly the same issue in 2009 but wasn't sure if it had been resolved or if I am doing something wrong! I'm inputting drum set parts, if that makes a difference!
