Fretboard diagram
Is it possible for a plugin to design and insert a fretboard diagram ? For example, could one adapt the NoteName plugin such that it would insert the appropriate fretboard diagram instead of the note name ?

No, there is currently no way to manipulate the dots of a fretboard diagram from a plugin.
