How do we choose which instrument should have which text in a note system with two vokal instruments?

It's not exactly clear for me, what's exactly your aim. Are you talking about the distribution of lyrics for each voice in a closed score? In this case I would separate the lyrics for each voice above/below the staff similiar to attached example.
