First, fix your caps lock. Typing with it on is considered rude.
How did you try to change the language? Are you talking about the program? Use Edit->Preferences and change the language.

Excuse for the caps lock.
I tried to use edit -- preferences and update the language to dutch.
But "Nederlands has no update possible.
How can I change it to Dutch now?

Since you are doing so well typing in English I would suggest you post at https://musescore.org/en/forum/9 which is the translations forum. I thought there was a Dutch translation for the Program and most of the website.

Er is inderdaad geen nieuwere versie van de Nederlandstalige vertaling beschikbaar (via werk vertalingen bij). Wat je dient te doen is in die selectielijst
