I want to change, in the Beta version, the horizontal position of a chord. Now there is no knob to change that.

For one chord, use the inspector and change the x offset. You may need to remove the check from Atuomatic Placement. Keep in mind, there are a lot of known problems with chord symbols being worked on, so this may not be necessary by the time the final 3.0 is released.
