going pro: still flagged free
hi Musescore,
i took you up on your offer to go pro today, but i still get banners that i only have 6 days left to download music. Please, how can i actually change the status of both desktop as well as web based Musescore?

The desktop notation software is and always will be completely and fully free. It does not have a subscription service.
The online score sharing platform musescore.com does offer this commercial service, and any issues with their accounting/subscription system should be reported over there or at support@musescore.com
