musescore starts to shut down all the time

Since I have been using musescore, sometimes crashes with no clear reason. Today I was writing some scores, and it shut down, and every time i tried to reopen it shut down again. I reinstall but it did not work either. Before these continuos crash/shut down, musescore reported print error all the time that I print to pdf my scores, but it creates the pdf. Then it starts to crash and I could not to use musescore. I am using windows 10, and I could not to find a similar topic. I would like to know to how to fix it.
I was using the 3.5 beta version, then I change to 3.4, but the troubleshooting was the same.
