Problem with special characteristics

Hello Guy from Musescore how are doing?

I have been using musescore for a while and it is an amazing software !!

Please I need help

That last update changed something with special characteristcs

When I try to write some note, the program create a different image like the photo I uploaded.

Please if you can help with this. I really need this function to work well.
