My musescore 4 does not play sheet music correctly.

My musescore 4 does not play sheet music correctly. When I press play, the frequency gets too high and the instruments are unrecognizable. I would like to know how to resolve this. I use the latest version and I've tried uninstalling the program, but it doesn't work.
Is there any built-in tool that I can solve this?
However, when I export to mp3 the audio comes out correctly. The problem is only when I run the score inside the program.
