Play chord sound when clicking on chord symbol

I can't disable chord sound play - I did it before, but now it's not working any more. I open format > style > chord symbol and I disable "play chord" but it doesn't work. Chord symbols continue to sound when clicked!

Maybe the texts are not exactly how I wrote them above. I'm using the portuguese version.
I'm using MuseScore 3.
