Hello I can't insert a 7/4 bar . Please help me I need to do this before monday

or
You can change the actual measure (bar) duration, see: https://musescore.org/pt-pt/node/278611#duration
or
You can switch to the "insert note input" and insert these notes, see: https://musescore.org/pt-pt/node/278615#note-input-modes
