Can no longer save as mp3 files
In the previous version of MuseScore, it was possible to save as an mp3 file. This is no longer possible. Why not?
How do I get back MuseScore 2, which actually worked?
Why do you publish updates that are unsatisfactorily tested?

This is still possible and in the same was as it was in 2.x, via export
