I cant find them I need them alvays in fast palet direct how?? I need to write them with my mouse or nummber keys HOW???????????

You can change the length of a rest by selecting it and choosing the desired duration from the note input toolbar or by pressing the corresponding number (
1–9) on the keyboard.Alternatively, you can type a rest while in note input mode. First select the duration and then click the button with a quarter rest in the toolbar (or
0on the keyboard). Another way is to right-click on the measure while in note input mode.Read more in the handbook:
