How can be written this accidentals

hi,
Could you help me please, about this problem.
As you ese in picture below, I want to put two accidentals to the same note. How can I put?

By adding a symbol, eg of the natural. In the Symbols palette ("Z" shortcut), type 'natural' in the search box to find it.
