Sound not Working
The sound on my muse score does not work even after trying everything on the fixing page. All of the play buttons are grayed out. Along with the synthesizer. I will send pictures.

In order to help, please look again at step 9 and be sure to follow it more completely, providing all the information requested. While you're at it, please also be sure you didn't leave anything out in trying the other steps.

OS: Windows 10 (10.0), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.6.2.548021803, revision: 3224f34. I am using Bluetooth headphones from turtle beach.(not sure of the exact make) I will take pictures of my settings.

Thanks for the info! Are things different if you close MuseScore and restart with the headphones connected? How about if you disconnect the headphones and then restart MuseScore? Also, any other "pro" type audio applications running (eg, DAW software) that might be taking exclusive use of some of your audio devices?
