How to hide the note and rest
I don't know how to hide the note and rest, It makes me slow to change the another way to use, so how to hide the note and rest and anything else.

To hide a note, or a rest, or a dynamic, or a text:
1. Click the element to select it (note, rest, etc...)
2. Press V on your keyboard
3. If your keyboard does not have the Roman alphabet, then disable "Visible" in the Inspector

MuseScore provides two optional shortcuts, so that you can define your own keystrokes for "Set invisible" and "Set visible":
Follow the menu path: Edit > Preferences... > Shortcuts
