Allow user to change color of playback cursor
See: https://musescore.org/en/node/154811 for discussion on this.
People with visual problems have difficulty seeing the blue playback cursor. The color should be able to be changed to accommodate this. I consider this part of the accessibility that MuseScore prides itself on implementing.

Not the way to go in regards to UI in the preference window.

What do you mean by that?
Bad explanation on my part. The preference window is crowded with preferences. There should be a list of less used preferences. The color of the playback cursor should be in such a list. I've started investigating this addition. See https://musescore.org/en/node/264400
This issue should wait until such a list is in place.

Perhaps the color option could be under the score tab.

Colors for the four voices can be set in the advanced tab in preferences dialog.

I'm guessing this is fixed for version 3.0. If not please change the version.
