弱起の小節の作成
スコアの新規作成の画面から設定すれば、弱起の小節を作成することはできますが、スコアの作成途中で弱起の小節を挿入することはできるでしょうか。
ハンドブックにはできるとの記載がありますが、menu -> create -> measures -> には項目がありません。

How to add pickup measre to the top of score?
In handbook there is the following discription.
• To add or delete measures or create a pickup see Measure operations
But there is no item which can insert the pickup measure in the measures menu.
I know that in new creatition wizzard there is the item to create pickup measre.
(Sorry, I did not know I have to wirte in English.)
