Hand Bell Range LIsting
I play handbells for my church and on our music at the beginning of the piece there is usually 1 or 2 lines showing you what handbells you need to use for the piece. and im trying to figure how to use it in musescore. llok at picture see the line above the music it has a treble clef and bass clef i would like to do that and was wondering if its possible.

Which part seems difficult?
You can put several half per measure by changing the actual size (Right Click on measure -> Properties->Actual)
or by using invisible bar lines.
For the [Clef]s, just drag and drop them at the right place.

all im wondering is if i do just the line remove the time signuture and key and just to the notes when i play the music it will play though the scale first and i dont want that is there a way to stop it.

You could use two documents then. Write the first line in a document, save file in png, crop it, and drag it in the other score.

I am also hoping for increased support for handbells in future versions of MuseScore. In the meantime, I can suggest some samples of (at least how I got around the limitations) kludging handbell notations into MuseScore. Note that I am using graphics (.jpg) to mark Handbell-specific ornamentation such as RT, Shake, etc...
