Which part seems difficult?
You can put several half per measure by changing the actual size (Right Click on measure -> Properties->Actual)
or by using invisible bar lines.
For the [Clef]s, just drag and drop them at the right place.

DoyleChris,

I am also hoping for increased support for handbells in future versions of MuseScore. In the meantime, I can suggest some samples of (at least how I got around the limitations) kludging handbell notations into MuseScore. Please see: http://musescore.com/user/13216/scores/32627 (for an example of the Handbell Performance section and leader staff).

Note that I am using graphics (.jpg) to mark Handbell-specific ornamentation such as RT, Shake, etc...

I also invite you to join my Handbell group at: http://musescore.com/groups/23586. Please post a comment there if I can help!
