PLAYBACK ISSUE: New instruments only added after "Swing" tempo text is added don't have Swing applied to them

The fix to this issue is very easy but shouldn't have to be done.

I am arranging a tune, and I put the tempo and feel as "Swing". The playback is swung. However, when adding new instruments to the score, those instruments do not have swing automatically applied to them; their eighth notes are played straight rather than swung.

This can be fixed by deleting and reapplying the "Swing" tempo text, however, I would wish that I wouldn't have to do that.
