Either playback or midi input but not at the same time

Hello;

If I activate portaudio only, I can see musescore's midi inputs in jack connections and I have midi input from keyboard. But when I activate jack midi output at the same time I cant have midi input. If I only have jack midi output I can have musescore play with jack, but I cant have midi input. Can I have them both at the same time?

My system is: Ubuntu studio 10.04, musescore 0.9.2 stable from ppa.
