Hoping for some help...
Hello all,
I'm having fun taking some music that I play and putting it on paper with the guitar tab function.
I ran into some notation that I can't figure out how to enter. I've attached a small screen shot of a half note beamed to some eighth notes.
Can anyone tell me how to do this in MuseScore?

I tried putting the half note in a different voice, but when I try to stack the eighth note, it pushes the other note around. I'll keep banging away at it!

Double-click to move the handles:
Hold down Ctrl and use the arrow keys to precision movements.
I attach an example for some experiment ;-)
