Forcing accidentals to show up
Is there a way to force any accidental to show up? For example when you're playing a piece in E-flat major i'd like to have every B-flat, E-flat and A-flat to have an accidental. This would really come in handy when practicing.

Why not simply remove the E key signature and show the score in C-major?
