Check out Sacred Music
Hello Everybody!
I'm a hymn arranger, and I desire to serve God in music. I have uploaded my music for sale at the site, SacredSheetMusic.com .
Musescore has become my friend over the last months. I really appreciate the team of people who make it happen.
Here's a link to some samples. These samples are from musescore:

You and me both. I haven't really listened to your piece fully, since I am on vacation upon stumbling, but I'll be sure to listen to it when I get home.
Okay, those arrangements were epic. Good job. If you take requests, could you arrange Living for Jesus? If not, that's okay.
Thanks so much for your encouragement. Actually I was on a missions trip recently, and did not see that you had commented. I hope they will be a blessing to you. Yes, I can see about making an arrangement of that song. Is that your favorite? That is a good one. :)
I trust you'll find something that you can use! :)

Actually, it is. Since I got saved, that song has always had a spot in my heart. Now, that I know I'm called to be an evangelist, that song has been a huge encouragement. I could make an arrangement, but it would have to wait until summer since I have school.

What level are you in piano? Beginner, intermediate, or advanced?
In reply to What level are you in piano? by Jonathan L. Wr…
I am around late intermediate. I had to stop taking lessons several years ago because of school changes. I can still arrange for piano, however, I view my main specialty as the voice. That's what I plan to use the most (besides my gift of songwriting and lyrics writing) when I'm older.

Ok. I will right more for the late intermediate-early advanced piano. I'm sure that will make it useful to you and accessible for many other pianists as well. :)

By the way, here's a link to the place where you can view other music arrangements I have done. :) Hope you'll see something you can use, in case you haven't seen this already. :)

I have seen it. I enjoyed listening to your Amazing Grace Solo for Flute. (I used to play flute, but now I can't since I lost the skill to blow into it). By the way, did you know the original Amazing Grace by John Newton had 13 verses? I have them almost all memorized.

Wow, didn't realize it had that many! :) I knew there were some more, but that's very interesting!
Just wondering, I have to sing a solo for my church after the new year, do you have any suggestions? It can't be CCM, because my church is strict on the music standard.

Wow!! Didn't realize how "on target" you really are! Praise the Lord. CCM is actually conforming to the world, and even though many Christians don't realize it, it can draw a heart away from God, sadly. Yes, I have some suggestions!
Check out these links. Look around, and hopefully you'll find something:

Hey, do you have Facebook? If yes, I'd love to connect with you. You've been such a blessing to me! :)
I actually do have facebook, though my facebook name isn't really the same as my musescore name. (Though I'm not really sure my parents would let me friend someone I don't know personally, not meaning to be offensive or anything. I think we could "follow"). Oh, the sacred sheet music, are the composers conservative? Not writing contemporaries? Also, what are the ranges for both high and low. (A prayer in trial)
In reply to I actually do have facebook, by Elwin
Yes, these composers are all conservative in their field of music. I would say, though, that there may be some things in perhaps some composer's music, (in Sacredsheetmusic.com) where it would not be ideally conservative, but it is really up to you to decide which pieces best suit your convictions and standards, and those of your church. But NONE of these could be classified as CCM, because I know, from experience, that on that site, one of the rules is simply that that type of music is not allowed, because of the (correct) standards of the man hosting the site. Just minor discrepancies may be there. :)
About the "Church Pianist" site, you won't have any problems there. I've been using that music, and it is very good.
About the ranges...:) You should be able to narrow that down, by going to the catalog for Sacred Sheet Music, then going to the "Level" category, and selecting medium, e.g..
God Bless, If you can friend me on fb, that's fine. If you can't, then that's ok too! You're a big blessing!
In reply to Yes, these composers are all by Jonathan L. Wr…
Thanks. The only issue would be those composers that try to sanitize the CCM. That's the thing that drives me crazy. I can find a beautiful song done by a fundamental Baptist group, and then discover it's a sanitized CCM. What would be convenient is if they could list the pitch ranges, (G2-G4 ish) something like that, so I can know, because in deciding medium, high, or low, there exists a variety of ranges. for instance, a medium high piece can have the range of A2-E-flat4, while a medium piece can have G2-E4, the medium piece went higher than the medium-high. When I have time, I'll actually arrange hymns for solo, and label it "professional medium" "amateur medium", etc.
Oh, BTW, you are able to contact me through musescore.com, I'm not really sure how.

Hey, I created a group for Conservative Christians to join and post music. I would like you to join and upload some of your works there. God Bless.
