Does anyone know how to add a key to the beginning of a bell choir piece to show which bells are needed?

You can use the first measure of your score. Put a line break at the end. Then you can use symbols, Press Z or go to create symbols and drag and drop noteheads to the first measure. Hide the rest with right click -> set invisible.

Thanks for the info! That was a big help. I got the key made just like I wanted. One more question. How do I eliminate the key as measure one. Right now, my true first measure is measure two.

Right click on the first measure -> Measure properties -> Check irregular.
