Lilypond Export: Chord notation not as expected
When exporting chord simbols for minor chords lilypond expects 'm' for minor but musescore outputs 'mi' The project is read with no problems by lilypond if I change mi to m in the chords.

How are you creating the score and the chord symbols? I imagine you are using a chord description file (specified in general style / chord names) that uses "mi" for minor. Does it work as expected if you change the style to stdchords.xml, which uses "m"?

That does fix it. This seems to just be a problem when using the jazz presets..
Also, I didn't notice this before, but it doesn't actually put the chords where I did in the music, is there a way to fix this?

You could try to export as MusicXML and use musicxml2ly to go to Lilypond.
