Text and note colour

I am using this excellent software to produce aids for a weak section of our choir. For this I would like to highlight both notes and lyrics where harmonies occur.
(a) I can colour the harmony notes only (say in red), but would prefer them to be bolder than the other notes to stand out.
(b) I would like the associated text to be coloured and bold also, preferably by editing existing text.
Is any or all of this possible please?
I am currently working from a hand-written score with sops, altos and bass all on one staff (treble clef) and if possible would like to keep this arrangement.

(a) if all the notes are in different voices, you can make the other notes small by right-clicking, choosing note properties and checking the box that says small.

(b) to change the color and makes lyrics bolder, right click and choose text properties.

(a) A bit of inverse logic really but it's a solution that I will probably use, thank you.
(b) I've already tried all the usual possibilities. Whilst I can alter all existing text using Text Properties as well as Text Style, I can make a single word bold and change it's size, but not the colour. Maybe it's not possible?

This does NOT work on my computer for a SINGLE text word, only for a complete odd/even line of lyrics. My 'select colour' button is just about worn out with trying !!
