"Revisions" Box in Score Properties
After I write my charts and my group starts to play them, I find little things that I want to tweak. I tend to have a number of revisions, and it would be nice if I could remember what I did. There are several text boxes under File -> Score Properties, maybe add one more called "Revisions" or "Notes" where I could type in the date and what changes I made.

No, but I did propose in the last ten minutes to change it to a + button, hopefully so it will be more noticeable: #124476: Change "New" button in lower left of Score Properties window to + button
