HELP PLEASE. IMPORTANT. MEASURES.
I'm doing an arrangement for my music theory course for IB. I'm trying to add notes farther down the treble clef system, but I'm unable to because it starts cutting into the bass clef system. It only allows me to go two lines down from the staff, but I need to go three lines down. Is there any way to fix this? Let me know if you need me to explain more!
It's very important that I find this out asap. Thanks!

1. Enable 'Note Entry'.
2. Enter the note somewhere in the treble stave.
3. Disable 'Note Entry'.
4. Drag the note down with your mouse/trackpad, etc, or select it and use your keyboard to move it down.
Hope that helps :).

Drop the use of the mouse for good. If you need a C, press C, if it's not the right octave use Ctrl + Arrow Up/Down. See Note entry

I prefer using the mouse most of the time ;).

Keys are good for transcribing, but I tend to use the mouse for actual composition - I have the positions on the stave internalised -not the notenames.
