Alto Sax High E
So for some reason, the alto sax part that I have copied down for an audition to play along with is not able to play high E above the staff. I myself am perfectly able to play several notes above that before if gets mildly difficult and am confused as to why it does not play during the piece. At first, it showed up red, but I looked on here and was able to change the range of the staff. It is no longer red but still does not play. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try using the GeneralUser GS sound font found here: https://musescore.org/en/handbook/soundfont#list

That is not necessarily the best sound font, but it's sufficient for testing most songs. It does not run into range issues such as you have found in the Fluid, but it does have some awful samples on other instruments.
