Enter your lyrics until you get to the grace note then enter the note that you want to appear under the grace note - it will get placed under the next "real" note. After typing this syllable (that you wanted to go under the grace note), type [Ctrl][Space] and then enter the next syllable and continue as normal. MuseScore will insert a space between the two syllables and you can then use Inspector to adjust the position.
