Help me please! I uploaded the original MIDI file, which has one channel (voice). Musescore automatically divided into two staff. I need to transfer a note from the lower staff to the upper, but! "Cmd-shift-up" does not help (it is down-staff-calm!), I need to connect the first voice with right hand, so that the note is completely in his possession! Thanks!

In my opinion, this is a simple function, and I can pinch some key and drag the notes so they belong to up staff)

Please do not double post. And we can't help without the score, or at least a couple of measures. You cannot move notes from one staff to the other except in a Grand Staff.
The special command you mention is not for moving notes from staff to staff - it for creating specialized cross-staff Notation. To actually move notes, use cut and paste.
