No screen formatting
I HAVE a score created in Sibelius. The score is saved as an .XML file.
I have loaded this file in Musecore. Musescore accepts the file but my screen remains white.
I cannot see the score
I can change the keys of the score or l can hear the sound of the score
Problem I see no sheet music In my screen.
Does anyone have a solution for me?

Press the "Home" key and see if that helps.Is it possible that the score, for some reason, is just not in the window?

How do you change the keys? please give more information and maybe make a screenhot.
