PDF Import

I'm using MS 2.3.2 on Linux - may be I've lost any information cc. PDF Import.
The first window in the brower opens - with upload it runs directly to the pdf sheet - and it seems to have startet the upload in the browers, but it changes always all 3 sec. between the X and reload sign in the navigation bar of firefox (above on the left side). - May be Ii earlier days there was a second window, before you could upload? - Everone any idea!- Thanks a lot for an answer.
