Echo while playing a file

Hello,
everytime I start the playback of a file there is an echo on the output.
I already updated my drivers for the mainboard an the soundcards (1x Internal 1x External)

I have this problem since a few days. Before, always works fine.

Anyone there who had the same problem and a way to fix it?
