Musescore 4 playback lagging and killing my CPU

Whenever i try to use the playback of Musescore 4 with a big Orchestra and multiple Instruments playing at the same time, it starts lagging so hard, that it makes listening unbearable. This is not only when i try to play the piece, but also when i click on individual notes to edit them. The playback works fine when i either Tab out of the Musescore window or just have the Mixer open, wich makes no sense to me at all. (having the mixer open doesn't work 100% and doesn't fix the issue, when i select a note) my system is not great but also not horrible for i have a Intel 3th gen i5 Core and a RX 5500 XT GPU which can handle much more intense stuff then musescore 4 normally... Musescore 3 for example worked perfectly fine. (im using "Musescounds" in M4 and changing that doesnt improve performance)
