Playback after Tuning Adjustment

Hi, so I was writing some microtonal music and adjusted the Tuning of every individual microtonal note in the Properties -> Playback section. (The Accidental Tuner plugin works great, by the way.) The thing is, when I click on an individual note it correctly sounds in the adjusted tuning; but when I click on play for the playback of the whole piece, it seems to ignore the tuning adjustments.
Am I doing something wrong? Can anybody help?
