"Part" can have many meanings, so I'm unsure about what you're asking.
Do you mean to somehow add an additional instrument to the score?
Or is this about how to copy-paste between existing staves in a score?

Indeed, I wasn't very clear.
What I want is duplicate a score (in using a plugin).
Do you know how to do it ?

You could use
writescoreto perform a Save Copy. You'd remain on the current score itself though.You could then open the copy with loadscore.
Those are quite unusual things to do in a plugin, so perhaps you can share you intended use case?

My aim is to transpose a score in all the tones (a score by tone).
