Instruments may be removed with the delete key

In the instrument page or new score wizard, instruments may be added by double clicking on the instrument or by clicking the "Add" button. Likewise, instruments should be removed with the delete key besides the "Remove" button. This is not a huge issue, but it would be make deleting instruments slightly more efficient and enjoyable.
