Changing staff within a piece
Greetings,
I am trying to figure out something and not knowing what to call it makes it difficult to find in the manual. In MuseScore 3, I am trying to figure out a way to have the first system which just one vocal system with a soloist. The following system, I want to switch to two staffs for choral entrance so there will be a treble staff and bass staff. The entire thing will have a piano part over it.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
I would appreciate it.

After inserting the notes in the various staves: Format/Style/Score->hide empty staves

Thank much for that! I had no idea you could even hide! I assume then I can "unhide" as well!

For some ideas: https://musescore.org/en/node/24765 is an old description to use as a cue. Right-clicking on a stave gives you more options to hide or not to hide.

You can do this by: 'Format
