Installed 3.4.2 on Mac with Catalina 10.15.6

When I go to launch I get message “MuseScore 3.app” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software. The install instructions talk about a message which I do not get and then about Preferences/Security/Privacy etc. where I do see MuseScore 3...?
