Shortcuts, again.
I am trying to load a saved shortcut from the RC (I am using the portable version) and it is not working. Is there some extra things I need to know?

Is this a computer issue? Whenever I click the load button, I chose a file, but it doesn't budge. I have to insert shortcuts manually. It does load palettes just as normal, though...
