Not yet, but from what I hear that should be an option in version 4 when it comes out.

Perhaps even different scaling of the staves for the first score page with its title?

From looking at the writings of oktophonie it will have the capability to fill every page in a reasonable manner. Don't ask me what that means and it's not a direct quote. We'll have to wait until the code is written then tell them it doesn't work have them rewrite it etc...
