Db Key Triggers Note Input
I'm not entirely sure why, but whenever I use my Db5 key on my midi keyboard to input notes, instead of triggering the Db5 note as it should, it toggles the note input mode. I use a V49 Alesis midi keyboard although I'm not sure if this is a problem with my specific keyboard or with the software. I'm currently running the latest version, but the problem has been around in previous versions but it never really annoyed me enough to complain about it until recently.

Reserved keys (midi) or shortcuts (MuseScore) to be checked?

I've checked shortcuts to no avail, but I'm not positive what you mean by reserved keys?

Some operating systems have keys reserved for certain functions. I don't know if this applies to MIDI keyboards.
Have you tried using: https://musescore.org/en/handbook/revert-factory-settings ?
Probably at some point you programmed that key to do that function. See Edit / Preferences / Note Input.
